How Warmwell ships physical comfort kits, including destinations, timeframes and charges. All charges are in USD.
1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide to the destinations available at checkout, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and parts of the EU. If your country is not listed, contact us for a quote.
2. Shipping charges
A standard flat shipping rate of $12 USD is applied at checkout. Comfort Club Pro members receive priority dispatch. Larger or consolidated bulk orders may use a custom rate confirmed in advance via the bulk & custom process.
3. Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for domestic destinations and 7–15 business days for international destinations, depending on the carrier and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking where the carrier provides it.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
6. Damaged or lost shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
