Refund & Returns Policy

Unused kits in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Comfort Club members enjoy an extended 60-day window. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or installed, unless faulty: shower heads, taps and spouts, sealing consumables (sealant, tape, washers) and water filter cartridges. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with missing parts, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the packaging and contents. We will send a replacement or missing parts, or issue a refund, at no cost to you.

If a kit develops a fault, your statutory consumer rights apply. Contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim. Original shipping is refunded where the return is due to our error or a fault.

Email support@macpluheasup.shop with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

You can cancel Comfort Club at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and unused monthly allowances are not refundable or transferable. If you were charged in error, contact us for a correction.
